Terms for a responsible launch.

These Terms govern AlpenGlow, operated by Chart Digital Ventures, LLC, doing business as AlpenGlow (“AlpenGlow,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you act for a brokerage, team, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

AlpenGlow provides tools to organize and prepare real-estate listing-launch material. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your brokerage policies, MLS rules, advertising requirements, licensing obligations, and applicable law.

• Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate agent, brokerage, property, and disclosure information.
• Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, use, publish, and distribute all property facts, photographs, video, marks, contact information, and other content.
• Review and approve every generated output before relying on, printing, sharing, posting, emailing, publishing, or submitting it.
• Keep any required fair-housing, brokerage, licensing, MLS, seller, and local-law disclosures accurate and complete.

AlpenGlow is not a real-estate broker, MLS, appraiser, attorney, valuation provider, title company, or compliance authority. It does not independently verify listing facts, guarantee legal or MLS compliance, make offers, submit listings, sign documents, post to social networks, or send email campaigns for you.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize AlpenGlow and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the workspace and provide requested outputs. Generated material can be incomplete or mistaken; you remain responsible for its review and use.

The Launch Pass is a one-time purchase of $199 total, including applicable sales tax, for one named agent, one active listing, and 90 days of the Launch Pass capacity stated at Checkout. Access begins after AlpenGlow reconciles successful payment from a signed Stripe record. The Launch Pass does not renew automatically and is not a subscription.

A Launch Pass is permanently assigned to one active listing after confirmation and cannot be transferred. Closing, withdrawing, selling, or ending work on that listing does not create another listing credit. Photography, videography, paid media, printing, custom domains, MLS access or submission, and automatic email or social distribution are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

The advertised customer total is $199. Applicable sales tax is included in—not added above—that total under the current pricing model. You must provide an accurate billing address. Stripe processes payment credentials; AlpenGlow does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. A redirect, authorization, failed payment, guided-trial request, or paid-plan request does not create paid access.

Launch Pass purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase, except to the extent required by nonwaivable law or when AlpenGlow confirms a duplicate or unauthorized charge or fails to provide the purchased access.

Approved corrections return only to the original payment method. Contact support@usealpenglow.com before attempting another payment. A corrective refund ends the corrected Launch Pass access and unused capacity. Financial, tax, security, consent, and dispute records may be retained as required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Paid generation and publication capacity ends 90 days after confirmed payment. Continued storage, export availability, and AlpenGlow-hosted property-site availability after that date are not guaranteed. Account deletion may be delayed while a payment, dispute, legal hold, or required financial record needs reconciliation.

A paid-plan access request is not a purchase and does not create an account, charge, subscription, or paid entitlement. A purchase occurs only through a separately presented Stripe Checkout after you review and accept the applicable terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service for security, legal, operational, or product reasons, but will not retroactively change the price, duration, final-sale rule, or included capacity of a completed Launch Pass purchase except where required by law or needed to address fraud or security abuse. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Questions can be sent to support@usealpenglow.com.
