Information we process
- Account and workspace information, such as name, email address, brokerage details, agent contact information, and profile preferences.
- Contact, guided-trial, and paid-plan request correspondence, such as the name, work email, brokerage, role, current marketing-support model, market, offer, billing preference, scheduling context, message you choose to send, and referral or campaign tags present in the page URL. For a reviewed Guided Trial invitation, AlpenGlow also records the linked authentication-user identifier and invitation timestamps.
- Signed-in Launch Pass review requests, including the account and workspace identifiers, verified account email, profile name and brokerage, current access state, timing, optional note, request reference, manual follow-up status, and the Guided Trial invitation, listing, and retained private flyer used to establish eligibility.
- Listing-workspace material, such as property facts, media, notes, seller records, drafts, approvals, generated assets, and publishing state.
- Information you submit to AI-assisted features, including Creative Director questions and the workspace context needed to prepare a response.
- For visits to the public homepage, Demo, and guided-trial page, a limited journey event containing the page stage and only recognized AlpenGlow campaign labels present in the URL.
- Basic technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
- Payment and billing information returned by Stripe, such as billing address, Customer and Checkout identifiers, payment status, amount, receipt, correction, refund, dispute, and Terms-consent evidence. AlpenGlow does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, operate the workspace, generate and store requested outputs, host sites that an agent explicitly publishes, protect the service, respond to support requests, understand whether public visitors reach the Demo and guided-trial page, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Public journey measurement
AlpenGlow records a first-party event when a browser reaches the public homepage, Demo, or guided-trial page. The application event contains the page stage, exact recognized campaign labels, and a random event key used to avoid counting a retry twice. A conversion uses a one-way event key derived from its random request reference. These keys identify an event, not a person. The event does not contain form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, page content, cookies, or a user identifier. Unrecognized campaign values are discarded. A short-lived technical rate limit uses the network address supplied with the request to reduce event flooding; AlpenGlow does not add that address to the application event.
These events stay in Vercel runtime logs for the retention period configured by the hosting service. AlpenGlow does not copy the event itself into a lead or customer database. Guided-trial and paid-request conversions are recorded only after their restricted request queues confirm durable capture. Reports count distinct event keys and contain no submitted contact or request fields.
Guided-trial requests
The guided-trial page stores the contact details, fit context, permission confirmation, request reference, and any standard campaign tags carried in the page URL in a restricted Supabase review queue before attempting an optional support notification through Resend and ImprovMX. AlpenGlow uses the request to review fit and schedule the guided setup. Authorized operators may record factual follow-up, the first-contact time, and a reviewed closure reason. After the applicant replies from and agrees to use the submitted email, confirms the one-listing fit, and schedules setup, an operator may issue a private Supabase workspace invitation to that exact address. AlpenGlow records the provider-confirmed Auth user and invitation time with the request and may use the first private listing created by that exact account after invitation as aggregate trial-start evidence. Submitting the request alone does not create an account, start billing, publish work, or subscribe you to marketing email.
Paid-plan access requests
The paid-plan request page stores the offer, billing preference, contact details, timing, message, request reference, and standard campaign tags carried in the page URL in a restricted Supabase review queue before attempting an optional support notification through Resend and ImprovMX. Authorized operators may record a factual follow-up status and internal note. The request and follow-up record are used to review fit and arrange the next step. They do not create an account, charge a card, begin a subscription, grant access, or subscribe you to marketing email.
Signed-in Launch Pass review requests
After an invited Guided Trial user creates a post-invitation listing and retains its first private flyer, the signed-in workspace owner can request a Launch Pass review from Billing. AlpenGlow verifies the exact invited account, owned workspace, post-invitation listing, retained flyer, and current billing state; combines that evidence with the workspace name, verified account email, profile name and brokerage, timing, and optional note; then stores the request in a restricted Supabase operations queue for manual review and follow-up. Submitting the request does not open Checkout, charge a card, begin a subscription, activate paid access, or send marketing email.
Launch Pass payments
When an invited workspace opens paid Checkout, Stripe processes the payment and returns the billing address, provider identifiers, status, amount, receipt and correction state needed to reconcile the purchase. AlpenGlow stores the signed event identity, Checkout attempt, exact paid Terms version, accepted-consent timestamp, entitlement period, permanent listing assignment, and related support or dispute state. A Checkout redirect alone never grants access.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers that operate the product: Supabase for authentication, data, storage, and the restricted guided-trial, paid-access, and signed-in upgrade queues; Vercel for hosting and runtime delivery; Stripe for Checkout and payment processing; Resend for optional guided-trial and public paid-plan request notifications; ImprovMX for support-inbox forwarding; and Anthropic when you request AI-assisted generation or a Creative Director response. We may also share information when you direct us to make a listing site public, download or share an output, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your choices
You can update your agent profile and workspace material inside the product. You can unpublish an AlpenGlow-hosted listing site. To request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information we hold, email support@usealpenglow.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required for security, legal obligations, or recordkeeping.
Retention and security
We retain workspace information while needed to provide the service or until it is deleted through the product or an authenticated request. Guided-trial, paid-access, and signed-in upgrade requests are reviewed for manual purge after 180 days, or after 90 days when closed, unless an ongoing customer relationship, dispute, legal obligation, or documented business need requires longer retention. The signed-in upgrade queue uses a restricted retention operation that preserves a non-content audit record after purge; the public guided-trial and paid-access queues currently require an authorized database operator to perform and record their retention review. Financial, tax, receipt, consent, security, fraud, correction, refund, and dispute records may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to reconcile and protect the service. Workspace content and required transaction evidence follow separate deletion schedules; account deletion does not erase records that must be retained. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; protect your account credentials and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information in listing notes or AI prompts.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. For privacy questions, contact support@usealpenglow.com.
