Choosing AlpenGlow
Start here to understand the product, who it fits, and how to try it.
What is AlpenGlow?
AlpenGlow is a listing-launch system for real-estate agents. One approved property brief and one campaign direction become coordinated property-site, print, social, email, and seller-review outputs. It is not a CRM.
Who is AlpenGlow built for?
AlpenGlow is especially useful for independent agents, small teams, and agents at lean or high-split brokerages who are responsible for their own marketing. It can also support a brokerage pilot when an office wants consistent launch capability without building a large in-house marketing department.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free 30-day guided trial for one real listing you have permission to market. It is scheduled directly and does not require a card. AlpenGlow does not offer an open-ended public self-service free plan.
How a launch works
Verified inputs become reviewable outputs. Nothing leaves the workspace without your action.
Where does a launch begin?
Start with the address, pasted MLS text or export, or a manual property brief. Add facts, media, and notes, choose the campaign direction, then review the workroom and outputs before sharing anything.
Does AlpenGlow publish or send anything by itself?
No. A public property site is published only when the agent explicitly chooses Publish site. Generated copy, print files, and release materials stay reviewable. The agent controls downstream posting, emailing, printing, and MLS submission.
Can AlpenGlow post directly to my MLS?
Not today. AlpenGlow can save your named MLS organization and member ID as unverified identity and prepare an audited MLS-ready package with listing fields, remarks, approvals, and a media manifest. You review it and complete final entry inside your approved MLS. A member ID is not a password or authorization to post.
Brand and campaign outputs
Your identity and one campaign direction carry through every deliverable.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. The Agent & Brand Profile holds the identity used across a launch: agent information, headshot, primary mark, horizontal mark, light mark, dark mark, social mark, and approved accent. The profile has a live marketing-block preview before you save.
Can AlpenGlow host the property site?
Yes. When an agent explicitly publishes a site, AlpenGlow can host the generated listing site on an agent-branded AlpenGlow subdomain. The agent can unpublish it later. Custom agent-owned domains are a later capability.
How do print and social outputs stay usable?
Output families are designed for their destination rather than resized from one generic design. Print follows fixed paper dimensions and safe footer or disclosure zones. Social output is planned per channel and format, and the agent approves every final file.
Arden, demonstrations, and support
Know what the campaign partner can do, what is fictional, and where to get help.
What does Arden do?
Arden is AlpenGlow’s built-in real-estate campaign partner. It can help assess readiness, campaign direction, evidence, and drafting from current workspace records. It cites available sources, keeps a run record, and does not autonomously publish, submit, or change permanent workspace facts.
Are the demonstration listings real?
No. The public demo uses fictional property, agent, seller, and campaign material. It shows a real launch workflow without presenting a live listing as available.
Where can I ask a question or request access?
Write to support@usealpenglow.com. We use real-world pilot feedback to refine the product before broad availability.
