1. Find your listing
Start in Pipeline and choose New listing. This walkthrough uses a fictional example.
Enter your MLS number and city or market, then select Find listing facts. You can also search by property address or listing URL.

2. Review the sources
Choose the matching property and review the suggested facts. Use View source to check the current listing.
Confirm the address, price and status. Uncheck anything uncertain. Existing or conflicting values need your explicit choice.

3. Apply and save facts
Confirm that you reviewed the facts, then choose Use selected facts. Continue to source brief creates a private listing record.
Review the source brief, including price, bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet. Check your agent details, then save and open Workroom.
The remaining screens use an already prepared demo listing.

4. Add your photography
In Add media, choose your hero or photo set. Use photos you have permission to market. Photos do not come from the web lookup.
Open the image settings. Set Visual role to Hero and Review state to Approved. One approved exterior hero starts the private flyer flow.

5. Choose a direction
Choose the campaign direction that fits your listing. Arden can help, but the decision is yours.
Continue to Build first private flyer, or open Build and review outputs and choose One-page flyer.

6. Preview and get the PDF
Open preview and check the photo, facts and contact details. The preview opens in a new tab.
Return to the flyer card. Choose Create private flyer PDF, or Create marked PDF draft in the regular output library.
Wait for success, then use Open saved flyer when offered, or Review saved versions. Keep a private working draft internal until the required approvals are complete.

7. If you get stuck
No match? Try the full address and city or a public broker listing link. You can always enter the facts manually.
If a fact is wrong, correct and save the source brief, then create a new flyer. Previously saved files stay unchanged.
Keep the quick guide beside you. Your first goal is one correct private flyer. Nothing publishes or sends automatically.
